It's all over. The war is over . . .
January 15, 2006. The Peace Treaty of Glasgow is signed by the remaining members of the deatheaters and the so-called muggle-phile forces. With its signing, a new peace is begun and the difficult job of rebuilding the world must begin.
But it is a much different world than the one that existed before the start of the fighting. All of the Muggles have been annihilated. Voldemort and Harry Potter are both dead and wizarding kind is overwhelmed with the question of where do we go from here.
The answer to the question has fallen upon The International Confederation of Wizards, the ambassadors who must now decide the fate of the world. Taking over the island of Monaco, they have constructed an office complex, a meeting hall, apartment buildings, and several restaurants and stores all for the ambassadors to reside in.
The ambassadors come from a wide selection of backgrounds including diplomacy, economics, the arts, sports, medicine, and education, each facet useful in restoring the world to a peaceful land of civilization and culture. This role play will tell the stories of these individuals as they meet one another, form alliances, make enemies, form friendships and even romantic entanglements with one another.
